Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services

Logic Haven provides website development infrastructure, hyper-local SEO optimization landing page grids, and automated communication workflows (including GoHighLevel CRM platform integrations). All subscription tiers, standalone purchases, upfront down payments, and deliverables are subject to the project scopes outlined at the time of purchase.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of our client portal, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activities that occur under your account.

3. Payment Terms, Fees, and Subscriptions

• Subscription Billing: All subscription packages (e.g., Lead Responder, Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, and Ultimate Tier) are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
• Upfront Setup Fees: Specific packages require an upfront, non-refundable core site construction down payment (e.g., $1,000 baseline down payment) before engineering implementation begins.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the client dashboard portal or by contacting support. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds are issued for partial months.
• Service Offboarding & Disconnection: Upon subscription cancellation or non-payment, Logic Haven will immediately terminate access to the client portal and completely disconnect your website from our GoHighLevel CRM instances, automated responders, and proprietary workflows. You will forfeit access to all internal software tools, databases, and systems provided under the monthly recurring maintenance plan.
• SEO Landing Page Retention Policy: Local SEO landing page grids deployed via our automated engine are part of our active subscription infrastructure. If you cancel your subscription prior to a one-year (12-month) minimum continuous term, all generated hyper-local SEO landing pages and target city networks will be permanently deleted from our servers and unmapped from your web domain. Clients who maintain an active subscription for a 12-month minimum will be permitted to retain their active web page layouts upon offboarding.

4. Client Responsibilities and Content

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses and permissions for any text, business information, logos, or assets you upload to our site or file vaults. You grant Logic Haven a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, modify, and display your assets solely for the purpose of constructing your web infrastructure and deploying local search campaigns.

5. Acceptable Use & Automated Messaging Rules

When using our automation services, including GoHighLevel communication channels, you agree to comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding telecommunications and automated marketing (including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act). You must maintain verifiable, explicit opt-in consent for any phone numbers or email addresses fed into our speed-to-lead automation tracks.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logic Haven shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from: (i) your use or inability to use our services; (ii) any changes made to search engine algorithm rankings; or (iii) any temporary service interruptions or communication carrier delivery failures.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of operations, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
